I bring a unique perspective to UX, pivoting from a background in Audiovisual, Customer Success, and CRM Operations. Having led cross-department processes, I understand how real users and teams interact with complex systems.

My transition into design was driven by a desire to solve problems with deeper empathy. Today, I combine that operational experience with specialised expertise in Accessibility, having recently completed the Professional Certificate in Designing for Accessibility. I am passionate about creating inclusive digital products that work for everyone.
